If a player decides to remove herself from the league BEFORE the first game of the season, then they can have a refund of the fees LESS a $25.00 administration fee. Once the season has begun, there are NO refunds. Even if you’re pregnant, injured, moving, tired, busy or whatever!
All players are required to have soccer cleats and shin guards! It is required in our insurance policy that each player wear proper equipment. Please no metal cleats.
Jerseys are provided as part of registration and must be worn for all games.
We are the league for you! Our league has many, many women who have never played or haven’t played since grade school gym class.
Our league is about playing soccer and also about teaching women to play soccer. Come on, you know you wanna give it a try!
As a pair or group, pick an obscure word that you both will use on the registration form. For example, “cupcake”. When you fill in the online form for registration, there will be a field that says “Code Word”. Put the same word as your friend(s) in that field and we’ll group you together. It’s as easy as that!
No, unfortunately, we cannot allow players to pick numbers.

The season begins in May and runs to September. We don’t play on summer holiday weekends (Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday or Labour Day)

For insurance purposes, only registered Sistas in Soccer players can play in the league. All players must be on your team roster, not from another Sistas team.
You must be 18 years old as of January 1st to play in most leagues with the exception of the London Masters League. You must be 35 years old as of January 1st to play in the Masters league in London. This is no max age limit.
We try to put 22-24 players on each team. With a larger roster, the pressure to attend each game is relieved. We are all very busy people and we don’t expect you to make every game, and that’s OK! Once peak vacation time comes, you will understand!
